US President Joe Biden has announced that he is withdrawing from the presidential race and has called for a vote Kamala Harriswho will likely be Joe Biden’s replacement Candidate for the Democratic Party in the presidential elections.
But who is Kamala Harris?
Born October 20, 1964 In Oakland, California, Harris, the eldest daughter of an immigrant couple, is a black woman of Asian descent. More specifically, he is of Indian (mother’s side) and Jamaican (father’s side) descent.
Her family was notable for their active participation in the civil rights movement, instilling this dedication in their daughter. Education that led Harris to become a national leader in the US movement for the rights of LGTBIQ+ peoplewho officiated at the first gay marriage in the United States.

The most popular, that of being first female vice president. She is also the first Indian-American person to hold the position, as well as the first American of Indian or Asian descent to do so.
The vice president was a trusted ally of President Joe Biden during his mandate, both in terms of economic proposals and in terms of the creation of small businesses and employment.
Thus, the new Democratic Party candidate, Kamala Harris, will choose to first president of the United States of America.
