A motorist made a mistake on the driveway in St. Johann on Monday. Instead of driving into the underground parking garage of a building, she ended up in the stairwell.
A Tyrolean woman (70) actually just wanted to park her car on Monday afternoon. To do this, she drove into a building in St. Johann, probably in the direction of the underground parking garage. However, she probably missed the entrance and instead went down the stairs to the basement on the right.
The Tyrolean’s car got stuck in the middle of the stairs. Only the volunteer fire brigade of St. Johann was able to free the car from the unfortunate situation. The driver remained unharmed. According to the police, an alcohol test on her came back negative.
