Thousands of party animals from Austria swarmed to the dream beaches of Croatia for the eighth time. The Austria goes Zrce festival on the island of Pag attracts people to party with a crystal clear sea and a colorful music program. A peaceful party where the corks pop and the cash registers ring.
Price increases and inflation are once again disrupting broadcasts in the summer, especially as the festive season begins in southern regions.
Eight years ago, the organizers Martin Reitstätter and Lukas Berger launched Austria goes Zrce, back then with almost 200 participants and registration via social media. What has become of it is almost unbelievable. The goal was to create a week that is the perfect combination of vacation and party and, especially in times like these, affordable for everyone.
Martin Reitstätter proudly explains: “Our goal is to offer an affordable week of vacation and celebrations and to bring Austrians together. In times like these, we want to give everyone the opportunity to be part of it and to shape the vacation in the way that suits our guests best.”
Young wild people and old acquaintances got excited
Last week the festival was sold out again. It started on July 20th – about 20,000 Austrians went to the famous party beach on the island of Pag to go on a week-long vacation together.
Summer, sun, beach & the hippest acts, the perfect combination of holiday and party. From Ski Aggu to Bausa, Yung Hurn and Money Boy, everything was there and in total more than five different genres were represented. For many Austrians a real highlight of the year, something they look forward to all year long.
