Last night, Israel’s Security Cabinet gave Netanyahu permission to decide on a response against Hezbollah.
The Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahuwarned this Monday about its response to the attack on the Druze town of Majdal Shams, which left 12 minors dead and which Israel attributes to the Lebanese Shiite group Hezbollah: “will come and it will be difficult.”
Amid speculation about what Israeli retaliation will be for the attack, the country’s Security Cabinet, which brings together military and intelligence leaders with ministers of key portfolios, authorized Netanyahu last night to decide on a response to Hezbollah.
Today during a visit to the city, located on the Golan Heights busy by Israel, near the border with Lebanon, the Israeli Prime Minister has been reprimanded by some residents.
“Hezbollah will pay a high price that it has not paid so far,” Netanyahu warned last night. The US also points to Hezbollah’s responsibility, although the Shiite group continues to deny take responsibility for the attack.
