After the Lower Austrian Labor Market Service (AMS) suddenly discovered that the seminars no longer met the requirements for courses at the Viennese training institute Sitya – they were checked in advance and a pre-calculation of benefits was given – the women’s social security was retroactively cancelled. And the money paid out was reclaimed.
