Couple saves themselves: car ends up in river during shepherd’s hour

Date:

A couple in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, experienced involuntary coitus interruptus while taking a short break in the car. While they were having fun in the backseat, their Range Rover rolled into a river. The couple managed to escape from the car.

This incident could have been much more tragic: Passion caught up with the couple in Fairmount Park on opposite sides of the Schuylkill River — they retreated to the backseat of their SUV early Wednesday morning to exchange caresses.

Arrived at the gearshift during sex
It must have been pretty wild, because during the lovemaking one of the two reached the gear stick of the car. The Range Rover started moving and rolled over the edge of the bank – a few moments later the car sank into the water.

Shortly before the car disappeared into the river, the couple was able to jump out of the vehicle. Fortunately, no one was injured during the dangerous stunt.

The couple remains spared from charges
Police told NBC10 they believe the couple was “busy” when the freak accident occurred. The car was pulled from the river a few hours later. No charges will be filed against the couple.
