Scorching heat – the glass filled with cold water and the parasol on the terrace are just a drop in the ocean. Andreas Ulmer doesn’t seem to worry about temperatures above 30 degrees. “I just came from swimming training at the Fuschlsee,” laughs the kicker. His goal is to complete an Ironman. In plain language, that means: 3.8 kilometers of swimming, 180 kilometers of cycling and then a good 42 kilometers of running. “So at some point. Right now I’m fighting not to drown.
