On the evening of September 5, a traffic accident occurred in Tamsweg (Salzburg). Two 17-year-olds were driving a car on Prebersee Landesstraße and then left the road. The two ended up in a creek bed and sustained injuries of unknown nature.
A 17-year-old Hungarian woman was driving the car of her co-driver, who was the same age. In a left-hand bend, she lost control of the steering wheel on the wet road surface and fell off an embankment. The car then came to a stop on its roof in a stream bed of the Preberseebach.
Alcohol test negative
The two occupants were able to free themselves from the car without help and then called the emergency services. The Red Cross took her to the Tamsweg regional clinic; an alcohol test on the driver was negative. The wrecked car was recovered by the Tamsweg volunteer fire department, where sixteen emergency services were at work for about an hour and a half.
