The suspect broke into a meeting between the 30-year-old and a friend at the Westbahnhof on August 19 at around 4:30 a.m. He hit his victim in the face with such force that the 30-year-old subsequently suffered severe breathing problems and was left seriously injured on the Europaplatz.

The drunk 40-year-old fled a short time later. The professional rescue team took the 30-year-old to the hospital after resuscitation.
