A 15-year-old local woman was bitten by a dog on Friday afternoon, injuring her hip. The teenager was walking in front of a drugstore on Triftplatz in Berchtesgaden when an Australian shepherd injured her hip. The girl had to receive primary care at the Bad Reichenhall hospital.
Companion didn’t help either
The dog – light brown fur with white spots – was on a leash by the male owner. Brazen: The man just walked away after the bite without paying any attention to the girl. The 15-year-old describes the man as about 50 years old, 1.70 meters tall, of medium build, with a grayish three-day beard and an olive-colored raincoat. He was also accompanied by another man.
Berchtesgaden police ask the dog owner or witnesses who can provide relevant information about the dog owner to call 0049-8652-9467-0.
