With emergency aid, three Syrians are themselves responsible after physical attacks and stabbings in Steyr (Upper Austria). The main perpetrator had stabbed the host of an Ennser kebab restaurant in the back and forearm.
You don’t know if the kebab tasted good. In any case, the dispute between a kebab presenter (33) and a 22-year-old Syrian and his brother (28) ended in fist fights in March. When the attacker returned to the bar in Enns, there was talk of a stabbing. A Syrian (23) from Styria came to the aid of his compatriot, attacked the innkeeper with a knife and stabbed him in the back and forearm.
On Tuesday, the three Syrians had to answer to the court in Steyr. They justified themselves with emergency aid. The jury saw it differently: three years in prison, one of which was unconditional, for the main perpetrator, the brothers were sentenced to nine months in part or four months probation. The statements are not final.
