American film star Ben Stiller (56) visited Ukraine as special ambassador for the UN refugee agency UNHCR and met President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. He took the opportunity to call for solidarity with the refugees.
“Ukrainians feel the support of the whole world, many famous people. And Ben Stiller’s visit confirms that again,” Zelenskyj wrote on Instagram on Monday evening. He also posted a video showing the two encounters.
Difficult passage through Irpin
quieter wanted to meet people in Ukraine who had to flee because of the war and who had lost everything, as he said earlier in Kiev. The actor visited the Kiev suburb of Irpin, which was heavily damaged by Russian troops.
