Faced with the marked increase in industrial disputes, the Second Vice-Lehendakari and Minister of Labor and Employment of the Basque Government, Idoia Mendiabelieves that negotiations are the best way to achieve good working conditions and relies on the bargaining capacity of companies and trade unions.
In an interview on Radio Euskadi’s “Boulevard” program, he acknowledged that the war in Ukraine and rising inflation made negotiations on the agreements more difficult.
