In total there are 108,497 unemployed in the Basque Autonomous Community and 30,088 in Navarre.
After breaking the two-month increase in September, unemployment in the Basque Autonomous Community rose slightly in October. Navarra, in turn, has already implemented four consecutive increases.
The number of unemployed registered in the Lanbide offices increased by 501 people last October compared to September (+0.46%), bringing the total number of unemployed to 108,497, according to data made public on Tuesday by the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy and the Basque Labor Service, Lanbide.
In Navarre, 476 more people are registered with the Navarrese Labor Service, 1.61% compared to the previous month, bringing the total number of unemployed to 30,088, according to data released by the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy.
However, compared to October 2023, 1,148 fewer unemployed people have been registered in the Basque Autonomous Community, representing a decrease of 1.05%. In Navarre the increase is 0.29%, while another 88 people are unemployed.
