As reported, a few weeks ago an expert prepared a report on the Tyrolean Horse Breeding Association, which stated, among other things, that there was ‘bias’. The association is now taking a detailed position on the results.
Friends’ farming and false reviews are among the allegations made by some Tyrolean Noriker breeders against the Tyrolean Horse Breeding Association. One of them instructed Peter Lechner, emeritus lawyer and equine expert (generally sworn and legally recognized) and advisor on equine problems, to review the case and draw up an expert report. At the end of September he came to the conclusion that “bias may be assumed” surrounding the evaluations at various fairs. This was reported by the “Tiroler Krone”.
