It was an election campaign with few issues that kept the parties and the electorate busy in recent weeks. According to the new research by “Steirekrone” and ORF Steiermark, interest in posters, television discussions and newspaper reports was high: 22 percent of those surveyed by Foresight stated that they were “very” interested in the election campaign, and 33 percent stated that they were “fairly interested ” are the messages from the representatives, who in recent weeks have mainly revolved around four major topics: the asylum problem, the main hospital in Liezen, the expansion of the A9. and land consumption, not least after the heavy storms.
