The Basque Labor Service-Lanbide has the anti-fraud mailbox. This is a channel through which citizens can anonymously and confidentially report any suspicion of irregular actions in the collection of Income Guarantee Income (RGI) and Minimum Living Income (IMV) benefits.

Until now, citizens could report possible fraud to Lanbide, but there was no regulated procedure for this. During this year, 72 complaints were submitted by citizens, 7 of which led to the initiation of an inspection procedure.
