The words come from an extortionist whose identity is still completely unknown. In the letter he demands 10,000 euros in the form of Bitcoins: “This is my price for your life.” They must be transferred to an attached wallet address (similar to the IBAN in traditional e-banking).
The threat is not only against the business owner personally, but also against those close to him. “No one can protect you and your family from me.” The sender also describes in detail how he wants to track down his victim. “If you don’t pay, one of my customers will poison you with a syringe when he comes over. You will beg for your life to end.”
“This clearly goes too far for me”
The Waldviertler immediately passed the email on to the police. “This absolutely goes too far for me. “The world is no longer normal,” he is stunned. The executive branch confirms the complaint and the case is already with the state criminal investigation department.
