A 20-year-old woman was found dead in the bathtub in the small German town of Bad Salzuflen on Saturday. A male voice reported a female corpse in an apartment via an emergency call. The dead man’s 31-year-old husband is suspected of committing the crime.
Police, alerted by the emergency call, met relatives and the lifeless woman in the apartment in Bad Salzufen in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. An autopsy conducted Sunday showed the 20-year-old died of blunt force trauma and drowning.
The police and the Public Prosecution Service are using photos and a public search to find the man, who according to the newspaper ‘Bild’ is the director of a logistics company, and are asking the public for information. According to police, the couple are Afghan citizens.
