The head of the Investigative Court Number 2 of Vitoria-Gasteiz dismissed the case due to the alleged leakage of exams in the OPE of Osakidetza 2016-2017 “as there is no rational evidence of the commission of illegal practices”, except in those of two investigated, whose case has only been provisionally filed.

The judge issued a 164-page order concluding the examination of the proceedings and agreeing to the dismissal of the actions related to “all specialties examined in these proceedings, with the exception of plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.” .

“There has not been even the slightest and indicative justification that those examined in the above-mentioned specialties had committed a leak of the questions or an infidelity in the custody of the exams”, therefore “since there is no rational evidence of the commission of the exams.” illegal” it is necessary to agree to the dismissal of 17 persons under investigation.

In the case of the specialty of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, the rejection of the procedure against two persons examined is not final, but provisional.
