The Minister of Finance and Finance of the Basque Government, Nöel d’Anjou, has stressed that the approval of the general budgets of Euskadi for 2025, to which the Basque Parliament gave final approval this Friday with the sole vote in favor of the PNV and the PSE -EE contributes to the “stability” of the Basque government and represents a “guarantee” for economic growth and the well-being of its citizens.
Appearing before the media in the Basque parliament on Friday, D’Anjou stated that the budget is “responsible, rigorous and ambitious”. “It is a courageous budget to build the Euskadi of today and tomorrow,” he added.
Finally, all opposition groups voted against, including EH Bildu, criticizing the “lack of response” and negotiating will of PNV and PSE-EE.
Councilor D’Anjou has stated that the Basque government has at all times maintained its “determination” to reach a budget agreement with the opposition.
