“I will not let such a criminal drive me out of my home.” A Marchtrenker woman spent two nights sleeping with her girlfriend over Christmas after a brutal attack. She has since returned to her home where she experienced her ordeal. “And I sleep well again!” says the Marchtrenker confidently to ‘Krone’. The woman had the locks changed and a cleaning company came because the criminal had sprayed fire extinguishers to cover his tracks. “At first I thought it was all a joke from an acquaintance, that’s why I remained so relaxed in the beginning,” said the 85-year-old.
