New year – new resolutions. Around the turn of the year, special attention is paid to health, the planning is carried out and everything is thrown overboard again. Too many and unrealistic goals cannot be achieved if your weaker self comes knocking again. But the smallest change can make a big difference. The most important thing that Caroline Burgstaller recommends is to take small steps and set easy goals. Even if at first it seems like it won’t help, every small change brings a positive aspect. With mini steps for a balanced diet.
