Missile hit shopping center – 20 dead
Another rocket hit a shopping center in Kremenchuk, killing at least 20 people. After the missile hit a shopping mall, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia of targeting the civilian building. To substantiate this claim, he posted a video showing the rocket impact in the city of Kremenchuk.
“The Russian missile hit exactly this object. Goal oriented. Obviously there was such an order,” President Zelenskyy said of the impact. The goal was to kill as many people as possible.
Russian missile hits shopping center: an accident?
The Russian Defense Ministry and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had denied that the mall had been shelled. The “precision missiles” fired by Moscow hit factory buildings in Kremenchuk, where Western weapons and ammunition were stored. The explosion started the fire at the “disused shopping mall,” Russian army spokesman Igor Konashenkov said.
British intelligence said the blow was an accident. Because the Russian long-range missiles have already proven to be inaccurate in the past. At least 20 people were killed in the rocket attack. Zelenskyy, on the other hand, saw the attack on the Kremenchuk shopping center as part of Moscow’s overall strategy against the Ukrainian people.
