The Executive’s target is for this rate to be 8% by the end of 2025.
The temporality index among Basque government officials will be in March by approximately 14%, which represents a reduction in that percentage “more than half” as as a result of the latest consolidation processes of the labor force, according to the forecasts managed by the regional executive.
This was stated after the Government Council by the spokesperson and advisor for Governance, Digital Governance and Self-Government, María Ubarretxena, who stressed that the government’s goal is to interim rate is 8% end of 2025.
This index, he specified, refers to the structural temporality in general management, that is to say, it does not include the index related to sick leave and replacement of these employees, or to other exceptional situations.
According to the data presented by the advisor, this will be the case from 2,368 interims to 1,073 in March.
