An unknown man who was found motionless and without papers in Graz in mid -January and was taken to the hospital, formed a mystery for the police. After a public call, countless tips came in and the identity of the man could now be clarified.
On January 15, a movementless man was found near the McDonald’s branch on the Conrad-Von-Hötzendorf-Straße in Graz and taken to the hospital-we reported. To this day, he is in the intensive care of the LKH Graz. There are currently no indications for bad intent.
The man had no papers with him and was extremely emaciated. He only had two sets of keys with him. Nobody seemed to miss him too. His identity confused the police.
That is why the board went to the public this week with a description of the person and a request for information. As the police announced on Friday, they had received countless tips about the possible identity of the unknown man. Now this has been clarified: it is a 76-year-old from Graz. The man is still being treated in intensive care.
