Date:

The victim will be brought into a wheelchair in HAL 201 in the Regional Hof van Vienna. The woman had to endure two terrible acts of violence. Only less than two years ago, her ex-partner tried to kill the nail polish. Now a 28-year-old lower Austrian, whom she did not know, is being charged. In August 2024 he tried to rape them for a homeless district in Vienna.

“It was a very brutal, very usual and very low raid,” the public prosecutor introduces the rape process in the Vienna Landl. A 28-year-old man from Baden (Lower Austria) is accused. On August 28, 2024, the lower Austrian would have attacked a woman for a homeless facility. The perpetrator and the victim did not know each other.

Perpetrator had two bottles of vodka Intus
The attacker attacked the woman with football and bumps. He stitched her, tore her on the hair and then her pants and underpants down. Then he tried to rap the nail polish. “He was in Amok and shouted that he wanted sex,” a witness describes the situation. “I can only remember the last step in the face,” says the accused, who had consumed 2.8 per thousand alcohol in the blood and his own information after two bottles of vodka. “I got scared.”

Wife victim of a murder attempt two years ago
Among other things, the woman suffered a shifted nose bone in crime. Especially tragic: the homeless person was the victim of a criminal offense almost two years ago. At that moment her ex-partner tried to kill her.

“I have to warn her, these are disturbing photos,” says judge Philipp Krasa when he blinds photos of the wounded on the monitors. The suspect will be known. It was the first time he attacked someone, he says.

Suicide of the mother not processed
He tells the layman judge that he is suffering from alcoholism and schizophrenia. At the age of 14 he found his mother, who was also mentally ill, after her suicide: “I did not process that.” After school he fell into disrepair after school. Because of his illness, psychiatrist Peter Hofmann recommends accommodation in a forensic therapeutic center.

A judgment is being processed. If he is released out of custody, he would like to visit a university for renewable energies: “I have the Matura and want to do this training,” he says.
