The Basque government, BBK and the Vital Foundation have joined the operation led by Basque businessman José Antonio Jainaga.
The President of Sidenor, José Antonio Jainaga, has improved his offer to acquire 29.9 % of the TallGO after participating in the BBK operation, the Vital Foundation and the Basque government, as EITB has learned.
For example, Jainaga has increased his previous offer, 4 euros per share, to 4.15 euros, to which a variable of 0.65 cents must be added, which would bring the final amount closer to the 5 euros that the fund claimed trilantically.
In particular, the four partners who form this ‘Basque route’ will contribute 155 million euros to the operation: Sidenor, the Basque government, via the Finkatuz Fund, and the BBK will each give 45 million euros, and the Fital Foundation, instead 20 million euros of that.
The race for Talkgo is already in its last piece, with the deadline of February 14, provided by the most important shareholders to learn about the three offers at stake.
