NEW SIDENOR -Talk offer: José Antonio Jainaga (Sidenor) has improved his offer to acquire 29.9 % of Talkgo after participating in the BBK operation, the Vital Foundation and the Basque government. The new offer is a payment of 4.80 euros per share, closer to the 5 euros that the trilantic fund claimed. In particular, the four partners who form this ‘Basque route’ will contribute 155 million euros to the operation: Sidenor, the Basque government, via the Finkatuz Fund, and the BBK will each give 45 million euros, and the Fital Foundation, instead 20 million euros of that.
