Polician injured – Judiciary shows an arrest against extreme grain

Date:

Five injuries, including two police officers: a Serbian-Hungarian citizen of Double (20) was on the highway at 250 km / h six days ago, wanted to break through a police road in Traun and caused a horror accident. In the first instance it was only in general, but now the office of the Wels Public Officor was given an arrest warrant.

First it was investigated because of the danger of the community, then the police improved: now the suspect is now apparently investigated due to deliberate serious physical injury. Attempted murder was even in the room. Actually a miracle that it took six days before the public prosecutor of Wels issues an arrest warrant. Because what the Serbian-Hungarian double citizen (20) did on January 30 shortly before midnight was great. And only a miracle prevented dead people.

On January 30 at 11:26 PM, a traffic scivil wanted to put a car driver in Wels-West B1. The Hungarian of Linz stopped briefly, but accelerated abruptly and continued his journey on the A8 towards Passau. The police started with prosecution.

Overtake
The steering steering wheel led to the A25 to 250 km/h, with very dangerous catch -up processes that were carried out on the demolition strip, among other things. The escape led over the exit from the Wels-OS to the B1 again towards Wels. At the intersection with Werfelstrasse he turned around and continued his journey to Linz. He ignored various red traffic lights with speeds of approximately 140 km/h. Despite dense fog, he reached speeds of 190 km/h. In Marchtrenk there was a bumps with another car with a trailer.

Civil car held at 160 km/h
Shortly before the Traun intersection, the 20-year-old different standing vehicles approached at a speed of more than 160 km/h and rose almost uncontrolled.

Three cars were thrown away
Three cars, including a supporting civilian car from the police inspection of Ansfelden, were thrown away and five people were sometimes considerably injured, including two police officers. The 20-year-old was arrested and then also taken to a hospital. There were alienated license plates on the car and the 20-year-old was not in possession of a steering authorization.
