A 21-year-old brought the Swiss railroad schedule in the right way on Thursday evening. In the border close to the border (15 kilometers away from Feldkirch), the young man had lost control of his car and had stayed on the track.
The young man was lucky in accident: he was not injured in the accident. However, the vehicle was so damaged that it had to be towed. Material damage worth hundreds of Franks also took place on the involuntary excursion on the rails.
There were various train errors during the duration of the rescue work – this is not common in Switzerland, the federal railroad is known for its punctuality worldwide.
