A spectacular traffic accident held the emergency services in St. Georgen one of the Gusen in DRAF on Thursday evening. A 46-year-old from Ried/Riedmark had strayed off the road with his car for an unknown case and had rammed a stable. The steering wheel lost the consciousness, the building threatens to collapse.
The accident had elapsed around 0.50 hours at Gusentalstrasse in the district area of Schörgendorf. The residents were woken up by a loud sound when the 46-year-old with his car crashed into the stable wall. He lost consciousness. A random aftercare director noted the accident and immediately started the rescue chain.
Alkotest could not be performed
Alarmed firefighters had to free the wounded with the Red Cross of the vehicle wreck. After the first care, he was admitted to the salvation at the University Hospital Linz. An alkotest was not possible with him.
Massive damage to ownership took place on the stable and luckily animals were not in. Part of the wall and the roof structure collapsed. The building had to be temporarily supported by the emergency services and is generally considered a collapse.
The car car can be pulled out of the building with a winch and is noticed by a towing entrepreneur.
However, firefighters had to bind equipment. Together with the excavator of the municipality it was possible to remove the rubble from the street. Gusalstrasse remained closed until Thursday morning in the accident area.
