Around 10.30 the fire broke out in the area of a fenced and blocked Garbage Island. The Schwaz Volunteer Fire Brigade was immediately warned via the Tyrol Control Center. “When we arrived on the spot, we discovered that various waste containers with a capacity of 1100 liters were already on fire,” says the emergency services.
