Parts of the entire area still belong to the Vienna Neustädter architect and the entrepreneurial family Presoly. The two hoteliers Florian Weitzer and Christian Zeller share the rest. Both men are known as operators of the “Grand Semmering” hotel and the Südbahnhotel.
The Presolys now want to sell their shares. However, because Weitzer and Zeller did not agree on a joint development of the golf course, Zeller brought a divorce case together with the presolys. Weitzer then applied for the auction.

Zeller, who is currently making plans to breathe new life into his Südbahnhotel, would of course have the shares of the golf course. “It used to be part of the Südbahnhotel and would be extremely important for the development of hotel,” said Zeller.
But the entire golf course would also be interesting for Weitzer, he is also planning to breathe new life into his “big semmering” hotel. However, he does not want to comment on this cause at the moment.
