It flashed, thundered and rained in Aflenz in Upper Styria on Wednesday. “’Sicu’ is afraid of thunderstorms. He was locked up but somehow escaped,” said Hubert Lenger, who is also the community’s mayor. After hours, the tall white bastard did not return – Lenger went to the police and vet and reported his disappearance.
But after days there was still no sign of “Sicu”. Finally, Lenger called on Facebook to look out for him. “I never thought it would become so widespread,” he says. The post was shared 350 times.
“Sicu” wandered through a Hungarian forest

suspected kidnapping
How does a dog get from Aflenz to Sopron in less than a day? “He doesn’t usually jump on cars voluntarily. He doesn’t like driving,” Lenger says. There is a suspicion that “Sicu” has been kidnapped. However, it will be difficult to create clarity.
Now the joy of seeing each other again soon prevails: “He will be brought to us on Sunday,” says Lenger. The three children are especially happy.
