Cabaret artist Gernot Kulis told the “Kroon” about his unexpected way to the comic tip of Austria and where he sees himself in the future.
“Krone”: Mr. Kulis, thank you for taking the time for a meal in the Salzburg scene, despite the tight tour schedule. I start immediately: what is it like for you to always have to be professionally funny?
Gernot Kulis: As a cabaret artist you start working with entering the stage and you will get your applause. This is a contagious feeling. So it is easy to be on the point. For example, I immediately recognize when someone goes on stage or he fills them. And you can quickly notice the sympathy between the audience and the artist.
