Yes, the food studies are of course right. I believe in science and I love her in her spiritual sparkle and not -founded. I only say (and at least that I have been investigating culinary empirically for decades) that a steak with butter tastes better than with rapeseed oil that I prefer to have the refined sugar in coffee than agave juice, and that I also have the coffee itself, in which I have dragged my refined sugar with joy every morning.
