This decree establishes the conditions and procedure for access to the financial support program 2022, which aims to enable small and medium-sized enterprises, individual entrepreneurs and the self-employed to obtain the changing novation of the loans they formalized in 2020 and 2021.

It is established that the novation requests to amend the loan and the guarantee must be made before October 30, 2022 and will be formalized before December 31, 2022.

They considered the extension of the lack of write-down of operations “necessary” in the current economic scenario, since the financing needs of companies are covered to a greater extent by the financing lines offered in the different areas of the administration , a decrease in the results The rise in energy costs can lead to an increase in defaults due to the inability of companies to meet loan repayment terms on time.
