There are new findings following the alleged murder of a 48-year-old woman in Vienna’s Hietzing district at the end of March: If it was initially believed that the 68-year-old partner had first killed his girlfriend and then committed suicide, the autopsy now showed that the deeds have been different.
The bodies were found in an apartment on March 22. An investigation and autopsy have now revealed that the incident had turned out differently, but no less tragically: According to the police, the 48-year-old had first written a suicide note and then committed suicide.
Her partner, who was 20 years her senior, found the woman dead in the apartment, after which he also took his own life.
