Attack on the passenger – Scot suspect in Berlin died

Date:

On Saturday a man was shot by the police in Berlin after a fatal knife attack. Now he died in the hospital after emergency operation. The public prosecutor of Berlin said he was declared dead on Sunday morning (see video above).

The identities of the alleged perpetrator and the victim were initially unknown. It was also open for the time being whether the two knew each other. As reported, it is said that the man who died now stabbed another passenger on Saturday after a dispute in a metro at the Sophie-Charlotte-Platz-stop. Emergency services have still tried to resuscitate the man on the site, but it didn’t help.

The suspect then fled out of the train station on foot, but was put on the street shortly afterwards. By doing this, he had approached the emergency services with a knife in his hand, so they had given several shots on him, it said. He was taken to a hospital.

The public prosecutor initially did not want to provide any further information.
