The sale of houses in Euskadi is growing by 11.1% in February; In Navarra it falls 26.7 %

Of those 2,179 sales activities noted in February in the autonomous community, 1,873 were carried out on free homes and 306 on official protection of protection (VPO). Depending on the antiquity of real estate, 1,682 were related to used buildings and the remaining 497 operations corresponded to new houses.

In February, the sale of housing in all the autonomous communities of the State grew, except in Navarra, where 26.7 % year -on year was reduced.

A total of 3,659 housing broadcasts were made in Euskadi in February and, in addition to the 2,179 sale, there were 877 inheritance, 54 donations and one per exchange. For areas, 1,731 of these transmissions were performed in Bizkaia, 1,289 in Gipuzkoa and 639 in Álava.

A total of 7,021 urban farms in the Basque Country were transferred in February via 4,164 purchases, 1,612 inheritance, 96 donations, 8 swaps and 1,141 other operations.

Likewise, 679 transmissions were made on rustic farms, including 267 inheritance, 217 Sales, 30 donations, 4 Swaps and 161 other operations.

Sales of houses in all communities rose throughout Spain, except in Navarra (-26.72 %), with Asturia (+33.62 %) La Rioja (+24.05 %) and Andalusia (+24.03 %) at the head.
