Motorized “field fabric” worth hundreds of thousands of euros were caught in the wide land of Lower Austria. A Romanian who is provided in court sees himself as a victim of amorous fraud affair.
Due to a serious commercial burglary as part of a criminal association, the alleged head of the gang in Graz must be responsible. The Viennese top lawyer is allowed. Constantin-Adrian Nit literally locates a spicy aspect: “This is a more than bizarre turn. Because the allegations are based exclusively on a statement from my client’s former son and behind it is clearly more heart pain than hard facts,” says the defense lawyer.
Allegations only years later
Already in 2019 and 2020 in southern Lower Austria – in Wiener Neustadt and in Saubersdorf, which belongs to the municipality of St. Egyden am Steinfeld – High price tractors had disappeared from company buildings. One of the brutal coups was also performed in Pirching on the Raab in the heart of Styria. Two perpetrators were caught by excellent research work by the criminalists and received unconditional imprisonment for two years. The name of the now accused Romanian was not a word.
Only now, many years later, one of the convicts suddenly raised serious accusations: the 57-year-old was the head of the gang! Why the Late U -Turn? Insider rumors about injured feelings. Because the daughter-ex girlfriend of the accused of the witness of stress-is said he was unfaithful in the relationship. After he had flashed with corresponding monetary claims on the father -in -law, the late revenge was apparently followed in court.
The process starts on June 3
The accused Romanian himself is silent about the allegations. What speaks to him – a long list of criminal registers: twelve in number and all relevant. Until the start of the process on 3 June, he is in custody in the Graz-Jakomini prison. There is already a lot of speculation there: is this really about stolen tractors with a total value of more than 200,000 or just a broken heart? This is precisely the reason why Lawyer Nit explains: “My client will not explain himself guilty.”
