The annual list of the 50 most beautiful beaches in the world has been re -released. This time the winner exceeded the competitors in the Philippines, Thailand, Polynesia and in the Seychelles.
According to the ranking, the island of Sardinia has the most beautiful beach in the world. Cala Goloritzè – more than 1000 people from the travel industry – were able to convince with white pebbles and crystal – clear water on the east coast. The beach can only be reached on foot via a simple walking route or on a zeroute. The boats stop 200 meters from the coast, access to the beach costs seven euros.
“Although the entire coast in the east of Sardinia is breathtaking, Cala Goloritzè stands out because of the spectacular tip of 143 meters high limestone, reminiscent of a cathedral and climbed all year round,” says the jury justice. Cala Goloritzè has a “wild beauty”. The water is “incredibly clear and perfect for swimming”.
Nature reserve since the 1990s
The jury also praised nature conservation. Cala Goloritzè was named a nature reserve in the 1990s and has still been well preserved. Another beach of Sardinia also achieved 50th place in the world ranking – La Pelosa in Stintino in the area of Sassari in the north of the Italian island.

This year the Enatulala Beach landed in second place in the Philippines, which TripAdvisor describes as a “Palm -Lined picture book Beach with fairly good snorkeling facilities”. The neighboring bay is public and is checked by excursion boats. Bang Bao’s beach achieved third place in Thailand. According to “The World’s 50 Best Beaches 2025”, this has very clear water, which is ideal for swimming, jungle atmosphere and a charming fishing village.
The top 10 beaches in Greece, Frans-Polynesia, the Dominican Republic, on the Seychelles, Madagascar, Samoa and the Turks and Caicos Islands. According to the list, the 50 most beautiful beaches in Europe are next to Italy and Greece in Spain, France and Ireland.
