After almost three decades during flights, the British court held one of the most wanted sex offenders in the country. The 81-year-old Pädocriminelle, Richard Burrows, was sentenced to 46 years in prison at the Chester Crown Court.
Burrows had exploited his position as a caretaker at a school and as a reconnaissance director for decades to sexually abuse dozens of boys.
Fled to Thailand under a false name
Some cases go back to the late sixties. After being sued in 1997, Burrow went to Thailand under the wrong name and lived there to his voluntary return in 2024.
When he arrived at Heathrow Airport in London, the handcuffs clicked: the researchers already had it on the screen.
“You have ruined countless lives”
“You are a despicable person. You have ruined countless lives,” said the president of the Chester Crown Court then pronounced the punishment, as the PA press office reported. The judge also accused the caves of showing no regret.
He was only back from Thailand because he was worn and made the diagnosis of cancer, the judge said.
