A journey to the Bergen Styria ended on Thursday in a tragedy: a 43-year-old man suddenly lost his grip when the relegation of the high blister in Ewelenerz and fell more than 100 meters. All help came too late for the Serbs who live in the Graz district.
Together with a friend, the experienced mountain climber had mastered a via Ferrata. What happened will remain a tragic puzzle for the time being. According to the police, the man lost it well for an unknown cause and fell in a steep Scree channel. His companion immediately raised the alarm.
Easy name with restored helicopter
But the hope of salvation quickly beat up: the emergency services could find the accident – but only found his death. The body was eventually restored with a police helicopter. The investigation into the cause of the accident is in full swing. There are currently no proof of external debt, the police said.
