If a delay in the arrival of more than 60 minutes or the cancellation of the trip is provided, the affected people can choose between the total reimbursement of the ticket under the conditions in which it was paid; Or the transfer on an alternative route to the final destination point, in similar transport conditions, on the next date that suits the affected person.
