Since the morning hours of 7 May 2024, the 79-year-old is desired by his residential address in August, a district of Wildon (Leibnitz District). Before that he was still shopping and fixed money. A large -scale search for the man was negative.
Corpse Identified using DNA -comparison
On Monday, the State Criminal Police Office by Styria was eventually informed by the Croatian police about the identification of a previously unknown body that was found in its area on 24 August 2024. The DNA comparison showed that it was the pensioner from Wildon. “External negligence was not determined,” says the styric police. The man may have traveled to Croatia himself.
