On Sunday evening around 7.30 pm a 42-year-old man in Dornbirn burned the fuses: he felt disturbed by a 15 and an 18-year-old who spoke under his balcony. The resident finally went to the house with a baseball bat and tried to chase the two girls away.
The two ran away, but were continued by the 42-year-old. He caught up with her and hit the 15-year-old with the baseball bat against the neck, after which she went to the ground.

The girl suffered serious injuries in the area of the cervical spine because of this attack. Moreover, she closed bruises and scrapes through the fall.
Arrested without resistance
