Spring is known as a baby time in the Innsbruck Alpenzoo. There have been several offspring in the past two weeks. Among other things, four small IBEX and two small scenes can currently be observed during their first major adventures.
“A nice confirmation that shows that our Ibex and Chamois feel comfortable with us,” says Zoo director André Stadler. It is especially remarkable that two twin pairs were born in the Ibex. “A rare blow with this kind!”
“Experience for young and old”
Three small Ibex girls and a clear boy now romp behind their mothers and older peers and sniff the Tyrolean Spring feelings. “The two gamkit also keep the mothers on a trot and are an experience for young and old,” says the zoo.
