There is currently enormous indignation among the volunteers of the fire brigade in Spillern in Lower Austria. The brutal thieves were aimed at a very extensive prey in the night from Thursday to Friday, namely Hiententic and Bänke. The perpetrators let 33 (!) Degrees go.
The crime scene was the sports club, which had borrowed the tables and banks of the fire brigade for a hiking agt during the weekend. The value of the sets is estimated by the emergency services at around 5000 euros.
“Slide into the face”
But the material damage is not everything. “This is not just a material loss – it is a slap in the face for all those who tirelessly and without compensation for the wells of the community,” said the Fire Brigade in a very emotional placement on Facebook. “Everyone who distinguishes themselves from voluntary organization of volunteers from volunteers not only shows no morality, they also act with a brutal arrogance that lacks some understanding.”
From the side of the fire brigade commander Alexander Mat Exchange, the “Kroon” is told that the perpetrators should have risen with a trailer at night and that the sets would probably have removed the sets through a children’s playground. However, these have recognition value, because the tables and benches are provided with a sign.
Appeal to the perpetrators
The volunteers explain the thieves: “We will not stand and see how the community is damaged by your deed. You not only from the stock of the fire brigade, but also to all those who benefit from our work.” The perpetrators are appealed to return the sets and “do the right thing”.
The police are also informed and is investigating in full swing in this case.
